Emergency Road Side kit contents:

Everyone should have some type of emergency road side kit in their vehicle but the reality is that only 34% of us have something in our car.  The last time I checked, your vehicle isn’t going to put its’ hand up and say “I think I will break down today.”  So hopefully we never need it but it always good to be prepared.  The following is a list of things we should keep in our vehicle.

  • Booster cables
  • Windshield washer fluid
  • Blanket
  • Water
  • Autoclub membership
  • Chocolate
  • Flash light
  • Tire pressure gauge
  • Candles
  • Lighter
  • Window scraper/brush
  • Boots
  • Old cell phone- you can still dial 911 even if it isn’t hooked up to a service, just make sure it is charged: )

The only time I have ever needed to use my emergency road side kit is when I’ve been driving other peoples vehicles and they haven’t had one in their vehicle.  Very annoying!
